eTools Group Inc. has begun operating under the name MxToolBox, Inc.
We launched the mxtoolbox.com website several years ago as a simple collection
of free tools for email server administrators. The name and the website have
grown in popularity to the point where a huge majority of people know us as
MxToolbox. We are changing our name to prevent confusion and reinforce our
commitment to small business email solutions.

Why are you changing your name?
MXToolBox has become the name that most people know us by. To avoid future
confusion we have consolidated operations under one name.

The only difference you will see is that your invoices will have the MXToolBox
logo instead of the eTools Group Logo.
Has eTools Group been purchased by another company?
No. We are under the same ownership, with the same employees.
Have you changed your technology?
No. The technology that protects you from Spam and Viruses is the same. You can
count on the same level of protection that you have always had. In fact, we
have added new technologies and services. If it has been a long time since you
have visited our webstite, you might be interested to know that we have added
email hosting and groupware services to compliment our inbound/outbound email
filtering and our email disaster recovery products.
Will there be any change in support?
